Cleanliness was seriously lacking. I found old blood on the sheets and a filthy bathroom, including a dirty shower and mirror. The lack of smoke detectors in rooms raised major safety concerns. It took far too long to get assistance at the front desk, and I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself with supplies handed to me. The outlet on the desk looked like it had been involved in a fire, concerning.

it was close enough to batavia downs as well as niagara falls, favourable location overall. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The a double room was clean, it had climate control, flat-screen television and a microwave oven. Location: the venue was adjacent to Niagara Falls and Batavia Downs.
